Reporting to the Associate Director of Student Accessibility, you will lead investigations into student conduct, apply restorative procedures, and create success plans. Strong focus on collaboration with students and stakeholders will be crucial for effective outcomes. Additionally, you'll provide leadership to committees discussing complex student behaviors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate non-academic conduct issues among students
• Utilize restorative justice practices for conflict resolution
• Develop success plans and withdrawal recommendations
• Collaborate with safety and counseling services
• Keep accurate and current documentation of cases
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields like Psychology or Education
• Minimum of eight years of case management experience
• Proficiency in conflict resolution and policy application
• Knowledge of mental health and trauma-informed practices
• Understanding of relevant administrative and legislative frameworks
Your ability to navigate complex interactions and develop effective strategies will enhance our campus community.
