Position: Full-Time Education Assistant at Crofton House
Elevate educational experiences at Crofton House School as a full-time Education Assistant for the Primary Program in Vancouver. Support young girls’ development in grades 1-3 through a personalized approach.

This role is within a vibrant educational community for the  school year. You will work alongside teachers to tailor learning experiences, assist with specific student needs, and participate in the school’s collaborative culture. Together, we uphold a student-centered methodology to optimize learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teachers on curriculum and programming

• Provide focused support to individual students as needed

• Record student progress and contribute to team meetings

• Assist with inquiries to facilitate engaging classroom learning

• Supervise students during play and educational activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Education or Education Assistant credentials desired

• 1-3 years’ experience in educational support roles

• Proven skills in accommodating diverse learning needs

• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities

• Active participation in school events encouraged
