Resound School of Music is on the lookout for amazing piano teachers for in-home piano lessons in Vancouver, BC
. We are seeking passionate instructors with exceptional communication skills and the ability to work well with students of all ages and backgrounds!
Piano teachers are responsible for teaching private piano lessons, ranging from 30 to 60 minutes each. As we are an at-home music school, teachers are responsible for commuting to their students' homes to teach their lessons. Teachers will develop individual lesson plans in relation to each of their students' goals and interests. Additionally, they are expected to communicate with parents about progress and help prepare students for performances, exams, auditions, and competitions.
Qualifications- A high level of musical competence and proficiency on the piano
- Ability to teach piano to different skill levels and a variety of musical styles
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle to travel to lessons
- No criminal history. Understand that if you are hired, you will be subject to an RCMP criminal record check
