ESL Instructor Summer Language Program

Position: ESL Instructor Needed for Summer Language Program
Langara College is hiring ESL Instructors for their Summer English Language Program from August 4-21, 2026. Instructors will deliver curriculum, design lessons, and participate in off-campus activities with students.

The Summer English Language Program at Langara Global seeks full-time instructors with a Bachelor's Degree and a recognized TESL certificate, alongside a minimum of two years of ESL teaching at the adult level. Instructors are expected to be team-oriented with outstanding interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach and facilitate the SELP curriculum effectively

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons to learners

• Attend orientation meeting prior to program start

• Accompany students on relevant off-campus excursions

• Create additional teaching resources as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree with a recognized TESL certificate

• Two years of ESL teaching experience at the adult level

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

• Experience engaging adult learners in a classroom setting

• Participation in preparatory meetings before the program
