Position: Fawkes Academy Behaviour Interventionist Role

Fawkes Academy invites motivated candidates to fill ten part-time Behaviour Interventionist positions starting September 1st. This role is ideal for Registered Behaviour Technicians, Behaviour Interventionists, or Education Assistants seeking career development in a compassionate environment. You will work alongside experienced professionals to deliver effective behavioral intervention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one educational support for students

• Collaborate with teaching staff and Board Certified Behavior Analysts

• Attend training sessions and acquire new skills

• Engage in activities aligned with students’ individualized programs

• Foster a nurturing environment to enhance student outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree required for this role

• Background as RBT, BI, or EA preferred

• Commitment to Monday to Friday working hours

• Excellent English communication skills

• Personal passion for supporting children’s education and development
