As part of the NSRJ team, you’ll play a vital role in demonstrating the impact of restorative justice in educational settings. With your experience and passion for youth advocacy, you’ll facilitate circles, outreach programs, and community engagement efforts. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to influence just and equitable learning environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate circle processes and community dialogues
• Prepare circle activities aligned with program goals
• Collaborate on resolving school conflicts
• Maintain relationships with educators and students
• Promote restorative practices through community involvement
Requirements:
• Knowledge of restorative justice philosophies
• Proven facilitation skills with children and youth
• Strong organizational and relationship-building abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Availability for occasional evenings and weekends
