Position: Municipal Election Trainer Needed
Join the City of Vancouver as an Election Trainer, responsible for professional training delivery to enhance election operations. This role includes creating training materials and supporting 2,200 staff.

The Election Trainer role is crucial for ensuring that voting staff are well-equipped for their responsibilities during municipal elections. You will work closely with subject matter experts to develop effective training content and deliver it within strict timelines. Your background in leading training initiatives will make you an asset to our Election Office team, especially during peak training times in September and October.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and enhance training documentation

• Design and implement training programs for election workers

• Update technical manuals and training exercises

Requirements:

• Completed diploma in adult education or related field

• Experience in training design and delivery

• Strong understanding of adult learning methods
