Part-Time Vendor and Program Coordinator

Become a vital part of Vancouver Talmud Torah as a part-time Vendor and Program Coordinator, overseeing after-school programs and vendor relationships. Be the bridge connecting families and community offerings.
This position is part-time (60%-80% FTE) for the 2026/27 school year and involves comprehensive management of after-school logistics and community engagement. You will supervise program staff and handle vendor interactions, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage after-school programs and scheduling logistics

• Supervise and train after-school staff and facilitators

• Liaise with vendors for programming and facility usage

• Ensure student safety through effective supervision

• Update parents on program developments and changes
Requirements:

• Experience in education or program coordination roles

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Availability for on-site work Monday to Friday

• Proficiency in budget management

• Passion for promoting community engagement
