Vancouver Campus ESL Teacher

Become an ESL Teacher at ILAC's Vancouver campus, where you will inspire international students with immersive English language instruction. Classes run from Monday to Friday.

ILAC is hiring an enthusiastic ESL Teacher to provide in-person language classes to international learners in Downtown Vancouver. Candidates should have a recognized TESL/TESOL certification and a desire to create an impactful learning experience. Teaching programs like IELTS and Business English will be part of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging face-to-face ESL lessons on campus

• Teach various programs, including IELTS preparation

• Implement customized curricula from Oxford University Press

• Facilitate a positive learning environment for all students

• Contribute to the Pathway/EAP programs as needed

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid TESL/TESOL certification

• Teaching experience in Canada or abroad is a plus

• Reside in Vancouver and able to teach in-person

• Dedicated to a student-centered teaching philosophy

• Must be eligible to work in Canada
