Position: Arts Umbrella Student Services Assistant
Step into a rewarding role as a Student Services Assistant at Arts Umbrella in Granville Island. This full-time position focuses on customer service and facility management for students and families.

Working under the Manager of Student Services, your responsibilities include supporting inquiries and registrations while maintaining a friendly and efficient environment. You’ll manage data entry, assist with bursaries, and ensure safety protocols are followed. This role also allows you to collaborate with various departments to support daily operations and events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer exceptional assistance and registration support to students

• Stay informed on class schedules and programs

• Handle data entry efficiently in the registration system

• Open and close the facility when required

• Respond to incidents and provide first aid as needed

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary education or experience

• 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles

• Experience working with children or in educational settings

• Strong communication and organization skills

• Proficient in MS Office suite
