Elevate your training expertise with Cargojet as a Training Coordinator focused on developing operations staff and ensuring safety compliance. This role is pivotal for site-specific training and compliance oversight.
As a Training Coordinator, you will work under the direction of the Manager, Training & Development, with a focus on conducting training courses and instructing equipment operators, including lead hands and supervisors. This position requires five years of operational experience in the Air Cargo industry and certification for training. You’ll also prepare essential training documentation and maintain personnel records for compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct and organize internal training courses effectively
• Train equipment operators, lead hands, and supervisors
• Prepare training reports and maintain training databases
• Ensure compliance with safety certifications and standards
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5 years of Air Cargo industry equipment operation experience
• Certification to conduct training (e.g., forklift certification)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational and communication skills
