You will facilitate meaningful communication and collaborate with instructors to support tailored learning experiences. Your commitment to improving educational outcomes will foster a collaborative environment amongst peers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage large caseloads of learners and instructors

• Enable effective communication channels among all stakeholders

• Support the crafting of personalized learning plans

• Observe and evaluate instructional sessions for best practices

• Participate in team meetings for effective case management
Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in relevant educational roles

• Experience with inclusive learning environments

• Familiarity with assessment tools for identifying learning needs

• Understanding of the BC education curriculum

• Required Criminal Record Check for vulnerable sector
