Position: Educator Role for Medical Imaging at VCH
Lead the charge in clinical education as an Educator for Medical Imaging at Vancouver Coastal Health. This role primarily involves training both staff and students in key imaging modalities.
As a crucial part of the VCH team, you will utilize your extensive experience and CAMRT certification to guide educational programs in Medical Imaging. Your responsibilities will include developing instructional materials and overseeing training sessions while maintaining clinical competency in procedures. The position requires travel across the Lower Mainland for effective training delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement education and training plans

• Facilitate hands-on learning for staff and students

• Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance training

• Conduct evaluations to measure training effectiveness

• Keep abreast of changes in clinical practices
Requirements:

• Certification with CAMRT or recognized body

• Five years’ medical imaging experience in designated modalities

• Current CPR Level C certification

• Valid BC Driver’s License and access to a vehicle

• Ability to travel within the region
