We are seeking an ambitious, results‑driven, and relationship‑focused Regional Manager, Onshore Canada in Vancouver, BC to join our North America team. This role is responsible for driving student recruitment, strengthening agent partnerships, expanding market presence, and achieving enrollment targets across Western Canada and assigned recruitment regions/territories. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing strategic partnerships, increasing market share, and supporting sustainable growth across Oxford International’s educational portfolio.

Job Purpose:

The Regional Manager, Onshore Canada is an exciting opportunity for a results‑driven, relationship‑focused recruitment professional with demonstrated experience in student recruitment, agent management, business development, and sales. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, has a strong understanding of the Canadian international education sector, and enjoys building meaningful relationships with students, agents, institutions, and community partners.

Based in Vancouver, British Columbia (Remote), and reporting to the Associate Director, North America, the Regional Manager, Onshore Canada will be responsible for driving student recruitment and enrolment growth across assigned Canadian provinces/territories. The role acts as a key liaison between education agents, prospective students, institutional partners, admissions teams, and marketing stakeholders, ensuring a coordinated and strategic approach to recruitment activities.

Through relationship management, partner development, market outreach, and data‑driven planning, the Regional Manager will contribute to achieving enrolment targets, expanding market presence, and strengthening Oxford International’s reputation across Canada.

Main Duties and Responsibilities Agent & Partner Relationship Management
  • Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with existing education agents, recruitment partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and support new agent partners to expand market reach and increase student recruitment opportunities.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with agents to drive application growth, conversion, and enrollment performance.
  • Deliver agent training sessions, webinars, presentations, and product updates to ensure strong market knowledge and engagement.
  • Maintain regular communication with partners to support business growth and long‑term relationship development.
Student Recruitment & Business Development
  • Develop and execute regional recruitment strategies aligned with institutional goals, enrollment targets, and market opportunities.
  • Drive onshore student recruitment initiatives across assigned territories and market segments.
  • Promote Oxford International’s portfolio of career‑focused educational offerings, English language programs, pathway programs, college diplomas, Juniors, and summer camps.
