Education Consultant; Kerrisdale

Overview

We are seeking an Education Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will guide students and families through academic planning, support enrollment growth, and help promote our educational programs through both personal consultations and digital outreach.

• Engage and invite potential clients to attend in-person consultations.
• Collaborate with academic advisors to conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluate students’ learning progress.
• Design personalized study plans and assist students in completing tutoring or program enrollment.
• Meet campus enrollment goals and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage and create promotional content on social media platforms (such as Xiaohongshu, Douyin, etc.).
• Organize parent and student communities and coordinate outreach with local secondary school clubs.
• Utilize creative and technical skills in image design (Photoshop, InDesign) and video production/editing to support marketing initiatives.

Base salary + commission (unlimited earning potential)

Full-time: 5 days per week, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Strong marketing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Previous work experience in a related field preferred.
• Must hold a valid work permit in Canada.
• Experience in the education industry or familiarity with the Canadian education system is an asset.
