Shape transformative training at lululemon as a Learning Designer for Product Training. Develop innovative learning experiences aligning with organizational goals in a hybrid work model.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Learning Design, you will engineer various learning solutions to support technology implementations in the Merchandising and Planning Organization. Your expertise will help design impactful training materials, ensuring clarity and engagement for global audiences. With a focus on adult learning principles, you’ll lead initiatives that create both synchronous and asynchronous learning opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design learning initiatives for technology implementation projects
• Create engaging eLearning courses and materials
• Conduct needs analysis to identify learning opportunities
• Coordinate and deliver training events and workshops
• Maintain and revise training content for better efficacy
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in learning or instructional design
• Experience with large-scale technology-focused learning
• Proficient in digital authoring and LMS tools
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Degree in Instructional Design or related field
