Position: Instructor for Veterinary Technician Program
Granville College is hiring a Veterinary Technician Assistant Instructor for our Vancouver and Surrey campuses. Lead instruction in an innovative hybrid environment while shaping future veterinary professionals.

We are looking for a dedicated instructor who will deliver effective educational experiences in the Veterinary Technician Assistant program. Responsibilities include facilitating hands-on labs and ensuring students acquire both practical skills and theoretical knowledge. Your goal will be to support students in their journey to employment while using tools like the Canvas learning management system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom instruction according to curriculum

• Conduct hands-on labs and practical demonstrations

• Assess and evaluate student work and performance

• Keep accurate attendance and grading records

• Prepare students for practicum and maintain course outcomes

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in a relevant veterinary field

• Two years of related work experience required

• Preferred teaching experience or adult education credential

• Proficient in learning management systems

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications
