Admissions Support Specialist LATAM Focus

Join LCI Education as an Admissions Support Specialist and strengthen recruitment efforts for LATAM students. This role is centered around building connections and providing guidance throughout the admission process.

Focused on attracting and supporting international students from LATAM, this position requires a proactive approach and strong customer service aptitude. Collaborating with agents, you will contribute to the admissions team to meet established recruitment goals. Using your cultural understanding, you will be a trusted advisor to prospective students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit domestic and international students from LATAM

• Provide program information through multiple channels

• Manage candidate follow-ups and maintain CRM entries

• Attend recruitment events, including workshops and fairs

• Collaborate with program managers to assess candidate files

Requirements:

• Diploma in Administration, Sales & Marketing, or similar

• Minimum one year in sales or consulting experience

• Experience in student recruitment preferred

• Knowledge in business development advantageous

• Proficiency in Spanish and English
