Drive the mission of alumnae engagement at Crofton House School as the Lead Manager. This full-time role integrates strategic communication and community-building initiatives.
As the Manager of Alumnae Relations, you'll report to the Director of Advancement while leading efforts to connect alumnae and current students. Your expertise in alumnae relations and passion for girls’ education will be essential in building a cohesive and inclusive community. This position combines strategic planning with hands-on involvement in events and outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement a proactive Alumnae Program
• Cultivate the partnership with the CHS Alumnae Association
• Oversee alumni relations initiatives executed by team members
• Establish communication strategies through digital platforms
• Participate in events to foster community engagement
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma from a recognized institution
• Minimum of 2 years in alumnae relations experience
• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Understanding of independent school culture
