Join Vancouver Coastal Health as an Online Learning and Design Advisor, where your expertise in instructional design will drive educational innovation. This position requires strong collaboration skills to develop effective online courses for diverse learners.
In this role, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs based on current educational theory. You’ll work with various stakeholders to ensure the highest quality of online and blended learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and assess e-learning programs and modules
• Work with stakeholders to refine course content
• Provide consultation on educational materials
• Support strategic planning and performance analysis
• Enhance utilization of learning management systems
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in education, instructional design, or related fields
• Minimum five years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in multimedia tools like Articulate Storyline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
