Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a Clinical Trainer to join their Safety Education team. The position involves developing standardized training programs and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance clinical practice in workplace violence prevention. You will facilitate knowledge transfer and support training activities that align with project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Workplace Violence Prevention training programs to staff

• Collaborate with unit leadership and stakeholders

• Develop training materials and curriculum

• Plan and organize individual and group training sessions

• Evaluate training effectiveness and improve practices

Requirements:

• Degree in Education or Health Sciences

• Two years of training and facilitation experience

• Current professional registration in BC

• Valid B.C. Driver’s Licence for local travel

• Strong communication and teaching skills
