Senior Indigenous Community Program Director

Drive strategic leadership for Indigenous initiatives with JABC as the Senior Program Director in Lower Mainland, B.C. Focus on enhancing educational experiences through cultural engagement.

This position is pivotal in developing, implementing, and overseeing the Company Program for Indigenous Learners. You will cultivate relationships with Indigenous communities and educational systems while ensuring curriculum reflects Indigenous teachings and values. Regular travel is necessary for effective partnership building across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development of strategic partnerships across Indigenous education sectors

• Ensure curriculum relevancy by integrating Indigenous perspectives

• Represent JABC at community events and cultural gatherings

• Expand the reach of Indigenous-focused programs effectively

• Collaborate with community partners to align with local goals

Requirements:
