We are dedicated to supporting both teachers and programs that facilitate student exploration of interests, career options, and skill acquisition through Career and Technical Education (CTE).

As the largest publisher of CTE and elective digital curriculum in North America, we offer a vast catalog of over 250 courses spanning grades 6‑12. Our CTE pathway curriculum aligns to 14 career clusters, preparing students for nearly 100 industry certifications. To help bring our curriculum to learners, we provide professional development as well as virtual instructional services, supported by certified teachers, that facilitate personalized learning.

Greenways Academy is a private school and service that specializes in the individualized curriculum for all students. In addition to our private school, we also serve as eDynamic’s instructional services and are the main virtual provider for six public schools.

Greenways Academy is a full‑service Cognia, NCAA, and WASC‑accredited school with state‑certified teachers and over 25 years of experience in the virtual school arena. GWA educates students in a way that works best for each student by offering curriculum options that fit each student in their unique way.

The Professional Development Trainer serves as a consultant for eDL, delivering high‑quality professional learning experiences to school districts across the United States. Trainers facilitate engaging, consultative workshops designed to support educators in effectively implementing eDL courses and solutions. This role involves virtual and in‑person delivery, workshop customization, and ongoing collaboration with eDL staff to continuously improve professional development offerings. Trainers may accept or decline opportunities as they are offered.

The initial training sessions will be co‑facilitated with an eDL staff member or long‑term consultant to ensure alignment with eDL’s training approach and expectations.

This role works closely with the Director of Instructional Services and Professional Development and Executive Director on the front end to assist with the presentation of our workshops. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, with in‑depth knowledge of the latest educational procedures, regulations, and platforms. Demonstrates strong problem‑solving skills under high‑pressure situations, consistently delivering results in fast‑paced and dynamic environments.

  • Virtual, live webinar trainings
  • Face‑to‑face workshops
  • On demand video recordings
• Use a consultative approach to demonstrate how eDL’s courses and services support instructional goals, district initiatives, and student outcomes.
• Deliver engaging, professional, and well‑organized sessions aligned to eDL quality standards.
• Review notes and district background information prior to each engagement.
• Customize workshop materials as needed to address district goals, initiatives, and challenges, using eDL‑provided templates and approved resources.
