Ethics Bowl and MUN Coach Position

Lead student development as a Coach for Model United Nations and Ethics Bowl at Crofton House School. Inspire students to explore global issues while enhancing their leadership skills.
This full-time, on-site position at Crofton House School focuses on coaching Senior School students (Grades 8-12) in Model United Nations and Ethics Bowl. You will partner with teachers and student leaders to craft learning experiences that cater to diverse skill levels. Support students in their competition preparations, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured practices for MUN and Ethics Bowl members

• Act as a mentor during competitions and training sessions

• Work collaboratively with teacher sponsors to shape the program

• Provide adequate training and resources for events

• Enhance leadership potential in student club captains
Requirements:

• 1-3 years of relevant coaching experience

• Familiarity with local high school MUN formats

• Committed to high professional standards

• Excellent interpersonal skills for student engagement

• Ensure the safety of all students in the program
