The position involves providing essential support to schools from September to June. Candidates will implement specialized programs under guidance, maintain communication logs, and engage in community partnerships. The role requires participation in outdoor activities and a full-time commitment, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support to assigned schools and students
• Implement individual programs for non-traditional learners
• Maintain and evaluate student progress records
• Engage with community agencies as needed
• Participate in various activities, including field trips
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 and special education training
• Minimum two months of relevant experience
• Capable of lifting students up to 35 pounds
• Available for full-time work, Monday to Friday
• Excellent English communication skills
