Instructing at VCCT requires a background in Social Work or comparable disciplines, along with at least 3-5 years of experience in the social services sector.

Requirements:
• Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related areas
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in relevant fields
• Comfort in diverse instructional settings
• Experience in adult education is an asset
• Knowledge of community resources and crisis intervention
