Early Childhood Educator

Position: Full-Time Early Childhood Educator

This role focuses on guiding children aged 2.5 to 6 years in engaging, structured environments. You will lead both the Preschool and Little Scholars programs, ensuring effective communication with families and fostering developmental competencies among students. Key Responsibilities:

• Guide children in a 4-hour preschool program

• Lead engaging 2-hour Little Scholars group lessons

• Evaluate ongoing learning needs for each child

• Cultivate positive relationships with families and staff

• Collaborate with team members during weekly meetings
Requirements:

• Valid BC Child Care License - ECE (5 years)

• Experience with children aged 2.5 to 6 years

• Degree in Education or related field preferred

• Montessori or Reggio training as an asset

• Clear criminal record and CPR certification required
