Position: Volleyball Athletic Coach for Junior School
Passionate about volleyball? Crofton House School is hiring a Coach for Grades 5-7 in a part-time role from September to October 2026. Help young athletes develop their skills!

As a Volleyball Coach, you will work with students, fostering their athletic developments while nurturing a love for the sport. Your responsibilities include creating training programs and supporting students' leadership capabilities. Collaboration with the Athletic Coordinator and other teachers will be essential to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions

• Supervise students during practices and tournaments

• Mentor students to improve their leadership skills

• Communicate effectively with school officials and coaches

• Keep accurate attendance records during activities

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of volleyball coaching experience

• Familiarity with the learning styles of young women

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

• Commitment to coaching standards

• Problem-solving mindset in coaching situations
