Your role will involve engaging high school students in physical education while embodying Christian principles in teaching.
This part-time High School PHE Teacher position requires flexibility with a varying schedule throughout the semester. You will be an essential part of the academic team, focusing on developing students’ physical health and wellbeing. Collaborating closely with colleagues and participating in extracurricular activities will enhance the vibrant community spirit at VCS.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver High School PHE classes with enthusiasm
• Work collaboratively with fellow educators
• Take part in extracurricular activities beyond classroom hours
Requirements:
• Strong working knowledge of the Bible
• Previous experience as a Youth Pastor or Ministry Worker
• Eligibility for a BC Teacher certification or equivalent
• Knowledge of BC Ministry of Education curriculum
