St. Augustine School in Kitsilano is hiring a Kindergarten Teacher starting in September 2026. This is a full-time position for the entire academic year to cover a maternity leave. Candidates will have a background in primary teaching, preferably Kindergarten, and be willing and capable of working collaboratively with the teacher in our other Kindergarten class (we are a double-stream school), Education Assistants, parents, and their fellow teachers and staff members.

The successful candidate will be faith-filled, passionate about teaching, engaging, a team player, willing to assist with the extra-curricular program of the school and be involved in school life. It is an asset to have a proficiency in technology and, in particular, the use of See Saw, Google Workspace, and Second Step (SEL) in your teaching.
