In this role, you will assist students with critical decisions related to their educational journey, including study abroad and electives. Your commitment to diversity and inclusion will be essential as you engage with students in various formats—whether in-person or virtual.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver transaction-based academic advising on multiple services

• Investigate discrepancies in student registration and records

• Provide information on academic policies and transfer credit

• Contribute to Arts recruitment and retention programs

• Prepare necessary reports for university compliance

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in relevant discipline

• Minimum of one to two years of experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Fluency in Mandarin or other languages is an asset

• Preferred experience working with UBC and international students
