At Crofton House School, you will co-teach with a team, facilitating interactive lessons rooted in a student-centered approach while nurturing a love for learning in young girls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate as part of a dedicated teaching team

• Lead the Junior Kindergarten program

• Develop engaging, play-based learning plans

• Encourage outdoor exploration in learning

• Support individual student needs through tailored instruction

Requirements:

• Valid Early Childhood Educator Diploma or degree

• Relevant experience as an early childhood educator

• Understanding of licensing requirements from VCH

• Strong collaborative and creative abilities

• Focus on the care and safety of young children
