This position is a three-year term aimed at leading instructional initiatives and enhancing performance experiences for students.
Your role will involve partnership with school leadership and fellow educators to ensure curriculum alignment and co-curricular support. Building strong relationships with the community is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee instructional leadership in Performing Arts programs
• Collaborate on departmental scheduling and development
• Guide performance showcases for all students
• Maintain alignment with BC Arts Education curriculum
• Steward departmental resources and budget accountability
Requirements:
• Proven background in Performing Arts disciplines
• Experience in mentoring and collaborative project work
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Effective communication with students and staff
• Commitment to nurturing an inclusive arts culture
