Position: Visionary Leader for Indigenous Programs
Act as a transformative force for Indigenous education at Simon Fraser University. The Director of Indigenous Programs champions decolonization and Indigenization throughout academic initiatives and community engagement.

In this crucial role, you will lead the Beedie School of Business in incorporating Indigenous cultural knowledge into programs and support faculty. You will oversee various programs including the Executive Master’s in Indigenous Business and Leadership (EMBA IBL) and work collaboratively with multiple partners towards meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead academic Indigenous Programs and community initiatives

• Ensure integration of Indigenous perspectives in business education

• Manage the EMBA IBL program and related graduate offerings

• Build relationships across the University for effective project execution

• Foster an inclusive educational environment through partnerships

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in related field or equivalent experience

• Five years managing Indigenous education initiatives

• Strong understanding of Indigenous rights and education

• Effective communication and conflict management abilities

• Experience in grant writing and partnership development
