The Vancouver School Board is looking for passionate Educators to fill TTOC roles. As part of a diverse urban district, you'll prioritize student needs and implement evidence-informed teaching practices, all while fostering relationships. Your background in special education and previous teaching experience will enhance the learning environment for all students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide inclusive educational support on-call
• Collaborate with teaching staff to meet diverse student needs
• Implement evidence-informed teaching strategies
• Assist in creating supportive classroom environments
• Maintain communication with parents and guardians
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Education degree completed
• Master's or Diploma in Special Education preferred
• Teaching experience is an asset
• Completed Educational Assistant program is beneficial
• Eligibility for Teacher Regulation Branch membership
