Position: Instructional Designer for AI Education
Join Quad Real Property Group as an Instructional Designer focusing on AI learning development. Over this contract, you will be instrumental in enhancing organizational AI fluency.

This position is designed for experienced designers who are passionate about technology adoption and education.

Your role will involve curating educational content and developing original materials that bridge gaps in AI literacy. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals and responsible AI use.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze organizational AI learning needs

• Design and curate tiered AI training curriculum

• Develop instructional materials for diverse learning paths

• Manage learning content in the LMS system

• Engage stakeholders to evaluate and improve learning outcomes

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in instructional design

• Hands-on experience with AI tools and responsible use

• Proficient in eLearning development software

• Proven project management capabilities

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
