Early Childhood Educator in BC

We are seeking an experienced educator with a valid BC ECE License to Practice. This role emphasizes building respectful relationships and using observation to support children's learning. Candidates should have at least one year of experience and a passion for fostering inclusive environments that reflect diverse cultures and Indigenous perspectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support children's well-being and engagement in learning

• Build responsive relationships with families and colleagues

• Utilize pedagogical documentation to inform teaching

• Create play-based learning experiences reflecting children’s interests

• Promote inclusion and cultural responsiveness in the classroom

Requirements:

• Current BC ECE License to Practice

• Valid First Aid Certification

• Clear criminal record check

• Minimum one year experience with children aged 2.5-5 years

• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 4-7.5 hours/day
