As an integral part of the Student Services Team, you will manage the admissions process, troubleshoot registration challenges, and ensure compliance with academic policies. Your expertise will guide students through their academic paths, supporting essential programs and maintaining accurate enrollment records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Honours admissions and manage student communications

• Troubleshoot registration issues for students

• Monitor enrollment progress and manage thesis submissions

• Oversee course schedules and classroom arrangements

• Advise students on program policies and requirements

Requirements:

• High School graduation and a two-year diploma

• Four years of related experience or equivalent education

• Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Excel and UBC systems
