Instructors will facilitate classroom and simulator training on customer service and safety, ensuring crew members meet our 4-star Skytrax service ranking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom and simulator training for cabin crew

• Provide coaching and assessment for trainees

• Collaborate on special training projects and design programs

• Gather feedback on training effectiveness and performance

• Participate in internal audits on Safety & Quality Assurance

Requirements:

• Knowledge in training development and adult learning

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Facilitation and instructing proficiency

• Ability to challenge status quo and improve training

• Previous experience in customer service or in-flight training
