Air Canada is actively seeking motivated instructors to join its Cabin Crew Training Team. This position requires exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical skills to train and evaluate 8000 cabin crew members. Instructors will facilitate classroom and simulator training on customer service and safety, ensuring crew members meet our 4-star Skytrax service ranking.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct classroom and simulator training for cabin crew
• Provide coaching and assessment for trainees
• Collaborate on special training projects and design programs
• Gather feedback on training effectiveness and performance
• Participate in internal audits on Safety & Quality Assurance
Requirements:
• Knowledge in training development and adult learning
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Facilitation and instructing proficiency
• Ability to challenge status quo and improve training
• Previous experience in customer service or in-flight training
