In this key position, you will manage alumni initiatives while improving engagement across different channels r responsibilities will include monitoring program delivery, managing an alumni database, and developing effective outreach strategies. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for this position to ensure successful program implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate alumni programs and community events
• Maintain accurate alumni database records
• Assist in tracking budgets and program evaluations
• Write briefing notes and create presentations
• Recruit and train alumni volunteers
Requirements:
• Relevant university degree with one year experience
• Preferred experience in alumni relations
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
• Familiarity with database systems like LINKS
