Position: Early Childhood Educator at Crofton House
Join Crofton House School as an Early Childhood Educator in Vancouver. Contribute to a girl-centred learning environment supporting young learners from Junior Kindergarten while embracing a play-based approach.

This full-time, fixed-term role covers a maternity leave for the  school year. As an exceptional early childhood educator, you will collaborate with fellow educators in the Junior Kindergarten program, crafting engaging, interactive lessons. The position involves fostering the growth of students through dynamic activities and establishing strong partnerships with parents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate within a dynamic teaching team

• Co-teach the Junior Kindergarten program

• Plan interactive, play-based lessons

• Support outdoor learning opportunities

• Enhance learning experiences for diverse students

Requirements:

• Early Childhood Educator Diploma or degree

• Experience as an early childhood educator

• Understanding of play's role in development

• Ability to work collaboratively and creatively

• Commitment to children's care and safety
