Position: Learning Designer for Product Training at lululemon
Elevate training experiences at lululemon as a Product Training Learning Designer. Create and deliver agile, effective training solutions in a hybrid environment.

In this role, you will leverage over five years of instructional design experience to lead transformative learning projects. Your expertise in developing engaging content and facilitating various training formats is crucial. You will meet diverse audience needs while promoting a culture of inclusivity and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and execution of technology training initiatives

• Develop immersive ILT and eLearning learning resources

• Conduct needs analysis to identify performance gaps

• Facilitate both virtual and in-person training sessions

• Update existing materials for enhanced learning outcomes

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in instructional design experience

• Skilled in content creation for technology implementation

• Advanced knowledge of authoring tools and LMS platforms

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Relevant degree in Instructional Design or similar
