Student Case Coordinator

The Student Case Coordinator reports to the Director of Student Support, Rights and Responsibilities, playing a vital role in managing student behavioral issues and case investigations. Robust case management and communication skills are essential to succeed in this pivotal role.
Key Responsibilities- Review and triage student reports for the SSRR Office
- Manage academic integrity cases and provide guidance to faculty
- Support resolution of student behavior issues and complaints
- Conduct sensitive interviews and investigations
- Develop training materials and workshops on key topics
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required
- Minimum five years of experience in post-secondary settings
- Knowledge in conflict resolution and restorative practices
- Familiar with human rights and privacy legislation
- Proficient in data management and administration
