This one-year position covers a maternity leave within Crofton House School. As an early childhood educator, you will co-teach dynamic lessons and engage learners through a play-based approach. The ideal candidate embraces the outdoors and promotes physical education while supporting diverse learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate as part of a team of early childhood educators

• Co-teach the Junior Kindergarten program with dynamic lessons

• Support ECE students through a play-based learning strategy

• Facilitate outdoor learning experiences for students

• Document and assess the growth of young learners

Requirements:

• Early Childhood Educator Diploma or degree

• Demonstrated experience in early childhood education

• Knowledge of VCH licensing requirements

• Proven collaborative skills with creativity and flexibility

• Valid BC ECE Certificate to work in Canada
