This temporary, full-time position focuses on fostering relationships and ensuring program success for Youth Exchanges Canada and Youth Peace Network. As the Youth Program Coordinator, you will manage logistics, facilitate training, and support participants while collaborating with group leaders for effective program delivery. Your expertise is essential in enhancing program engagement and cultural sensitivity for all involved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote programs to new communities and groups

• Gather feedback directly from groups for program enhancement

• Support Group Leaders in creating safe host plans

• Develop program budgets and review fundraising progress

• Provide support for travel arrangements and insurance certificates

Requirements:

• 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent education

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Ability to manage logistics and multiple priorities

• Current Criminal Record check required
