Position: Educator for Junior Kindergarten Program
Join our Early Childhood Education Centre as an Educator for the Junior Kindergarten program for the  school year. Collaborate with a passionate team to promote inspiring learning experiences.

As an Educator, you'll co-teach using a dynamic, play-based approach and enhance learning through outdoor exploration. This role involves fostering an inclusive atmosphere, providing individual instruction, and supporting physical education activities. Strong partnerships with parents and participation in co-curricular programs will enhance your impact on student growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-teach and plan interactive lessons collaboratively

• Support young learners in outdoor activities

• Provide small group and individual instruction

• Assist during transitions and lunch breaks

• Document assessments of student learning

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education

• Demonstrated early childhood teaching experience

• Familiarity with VCH licensing is an asset

• Creative, flexible, and patient approach

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
