Position: Outdoor-Focused Early Childhood Educator Role
Join us as an Early Childhood Educator, leading outdoor adventures and implementing an interactive curriculum in British Columbia. Engage with children through play-based learning experiences.

The position requires a dynamic educator with a valid British Columbia ECE License and a minimum of five years’ experience in multi-age care settings. This role emphasizes strong communication and teamwork, ensuring a supportive environment for children. You will be active in maintaining cleanliness and safety for growing minds, leading outings rain or shine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-plan an emergent, play-based curriculum addressing children's needs

• Confidently lead excursions to Trout Lake and Copley Orchard

• Collaborate with fellow educators to maintain a supportive atmosphere

• Engage in daily cleaning and sanitizing routines

• Lead groups confidently in outdoor explorations

Requirements:

• British Columbia ECE License to Practice is essential

• At least 5 years’ experience as an ECE

• Current First Aid certification for children

• Satisfactory Criminal Reference Check required

• Food Safe Level 1 certification will be provided
