Educator Junior Kindergarten

Position: Educator for Crofton House Junior Kindergarten
Become an Educator at Crofton House School in Vancouver, specializing in Early Childhood Education for Junior Kindergarten. Engage with young learners and foster their growth in a nurturing environment.

This full-time, one-year role covers a maternity leave and commences in September 2026. You will work within a collaborative team, supporting the planning and execution of lessons that promote a play-based approach. Your focus will also include supporting physical education and establishing strong parent partnerships within the vibrant school community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-teach the Junior Kindergarten curriculum

• Support lesson planning with classroom teachers

• Engage students in play-based learning activities

• Assess and document student progress

Requirements:

• Valid Early Childhood Educator Diploma or degree

• Relevant experience in early childhood settings

• Strong understanding of outdoor learning benefits

• Proven team collaboration skills
