Elementary and Secondary Teacher Position

Elevate students’ learning as a teacher at MAC, responsible for grades Kindergarten to 12. You’ll create engaging lesson plans and foster personal growth in a supportive classroom environment.

At MAC, we are seeking a dedicated educator to guide students from Kindergarten through Grade 12. This role includes developing a comprehensive curriculum in subjects such as science, literature, and mathematics while fostering strong interactions with students and parents. You’ll play a key role in shaping academic success and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality instruction to diverse student groups

• Implement strategies for fostering respect among students

• Communicate progress and encourage parental involvement

• Mentor new educators and develop teaching practices

• Supervise students' safety during instructional periods

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Education or higher degree required

• 1–2 years of teaching experience in a similar role

• Valid provincial teaching certification (e.g., OCT)

• Strong skills in lesson planning and classroom management

• Commitment to professional development and ethical standards
