Position: Vancouver High School Educational Assistant Role
Engage and support high school students at Vancouver Christian School as a dedicated Educational Assistant. This full-time role from 8:15 am to 4:15 pm promotes an inclusive learning space and student success.

Vancouver Christian School offers a nurturing environment for 945 students over 75 years. You will work closely with the High School Inclusive Education Coordinator, assisting in the development of tailored support plans that enhance student learning. Your communication skills and strong ethical framework will be key in this collaborative role with a focus on holistic development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers, providing ongoing student support

• Implement and coordinate Individualized Health Care Plans

• Participate in life-skills education for students

• Support IEPs and behaviour management initiatives

• Foster student engagement in various activities

Requirements:

• Ideal candidates have EA Certification or equivalent

• Background in education or child services required

• Verified experience in ABA training

• Commitment to spiritual and personal growth

• Emphasis on nurturing student learning paths
